Accidental reporting

Hello

Last night, around 9:30 EST, I was reported for spam on this character, this server, on an accidental term. I was then suspended for 3 hours.

Here's the story:

I was planning to move my main character (Iwo of Fizzcrank) over to Malfurion, and there was a guild I was transferring to. I whispered an officer who then, thinking I was a gold spammer, reported me for spam and a few minutes later I was suspended.

Is it possible to remove this suspension from my record?

It may simply take a bit more time for them to investigate an offer a response. Be on the lookout for more information moving forward.
