To whom it may concern,
I recently added an authenticator to my account. I mistyped it a couple times and now I am unable to log into battle.net or WoW because it has been "locked". I've tried calling billing/support but at all hours of the day the phone lines are full. I've tried emailing billing/support but have yet to receive any answer at all. Please any answer at all from a blizzard employee so that I know I'm not paying to not be able to log into my account. Thanks..
