Authenticator Needs to be Removed

I have spoke with David W. at account services via Phone and thought my issue was going to be resolved. Here is the dilemma:

I already submitted a "Terms of Use" form through email and through fax.

This was done after CONFIRMING my identity with the blizzard account services over the phone.


The ToU was denied.

This was because I did not submit a photo identification of the classic CD Key: (I confirmed the key over the phone and have the key in my possession)

- I can not submit this request image because i did not buy the game in Box i bought the game through Direct2Drive.

Reason why I need the authenticator removed: Stupid me, i wiped my I touch clean, before canceling the authenticator through battle.net. So the authenticator is still linked to my account, but the app is gone on my itouch. Of course when i download the app again, a new serial key and authenticator is present.

I can not reach blizzard through the phones now on all support criteria.

Please help and resolve this issue, I can cooperate in anyway.

As of now I resubmitted the ToU form with the email that direct2drive sent me. The request is for the authenticator to be removed as well as my "Account Holder's Name" to be updated.

Also this is not an account security issue: This is a mistake made by me. My account HAS NOT been compromised in anyway.

EDIT: I have not been able to log into my account in 3 days since i have made this error in judgement.

At any point did David send you an e-mail from his direct e-mail address, Dotnwatch? If so, I'd encourage you to forward the request to this address to ensure he's able to assist you further.

I'm afraid that I cannot help you directly, Dotnwatch. I suggest waiting for the response from David so that he can look into this a bit further for you. Unfortunately, I do not know how long it will take for a response to be generated, but I certainly hope you hear back soon.
