Authenticator Removal

There seems to be a mobile authenticator present on my account that I did not activate myself. Any help in removing this and recovering my account in terms of what has been tampered with will be greatly appreciated.

Please check your email for a new password and see if you can log in. Looks like damages were long done, but those can be looked into as well.

What is absolutely critical now is to find out how they got your password and ID so they can't come back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
