I have a former guildy(kicked for it) who is stealing items from other players via trade chat(LFW stuff).
Since being kicked for doing it, a few days ago, who has been stealing from everyone he can, and has even threatened my guild with hacking since

I was wondering if he could be banned or at least suspended for it since it extremely inappropriate and hurts other players.

I have multiple screenshot of the conversation i had with him involving one, him admitting to stealing, saying he would hack the guild, and his ideas about punishing our GM.

There's some personally information in the five screenshots, it was a long conversation, so I don't feel comfortable posting them on the forum. If action can be taken against him with the screenshots as proof, i will message them to whoever i need to.

I can assure you that we'll take all appropriate actions in regards to our policies, Chiller. Should your former guild mate have truly participated in such activities, he'll quickly find that his actions bear severe consequences. You're welcome to bring your run-ins to our attention; however, it may not be necessary if the players who were scammed have already submitted in game petitions on this regard.
