Weird error on log into this character

OK, I'm getting a strange error on log into one character.
It only happens with this one.
I dont think it is a technical issue so posting here.

Recently I reset my druid to be a full tank.
Redid my talents from healer to tank and put all the hard gotten healing gear in bank and grabbed tank gear.
I also updated all my addons and added some more for specific classes during the recent big downtime - no new addons for the druid.

Now whenever I login, I get the message "item is not ready yet".
I teleport into a dungeon or out of one, same message.
I teleport to Moonglade or Hearthstone, same message.
I teleport to WG or out, same message.

Some item is trying to be used the moment I get into game or transition, or at least I think so.
I have no clue why, what or how this message is popping up.

I have gone and disabled all addons on this character, same error on login.
I have deleted this character profile thinking it might be some setting, same error after it is recreated.

No other character has this error.

Addons used by this character - this is my default addons for all characters with some class specific added on others:

Bagnon
Capping
GearScore
IceHUD
Omen3
Recount
TankTotals
DBM

It does not affect the play at all.
It is just annoying getting that error.

Anyone have any clue?
note: running on a mac.

I've gotten that myself from time to time, Paws.

I'd recommend starting with the reset UI and then making sure all your addons are the latest version and re-adding them one by one to trouble-shoot.

This is most likely an addon issue.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.

I just had one thing attempted on the off chance it may help (may not).

Try logging all the way out of WoW to desktop and back in, see if this still happens.

If this doesn't help, I'm honestly not sure what causes that.
