Under Video->Resolution, Use Desktop Gamma is checked and disabled (grayed out) so that I can't adjust the gamma in game. I'm trying to run in windowed mode.
If I switch to fullscreen then I can adjust the gamma, but when I go back to Windowed mode, the gamma slider stays at the same spot, but then it rechecks Use Desktop Gamma and the gamma is not what it was in fullscreen mode, or at least it seems too dark to me. I have tried checking and unchecking Automatically adjust brightness in the Mac Displays control panel, but that doesn't seem to change the WoW behavior.
Is this normal behavior or is there some way around it? One reason I run in windowed mode is that you can't use Command-Tab to switch between applications in full screen, so I have to hit Command-M to go to windowed mode and then Command-Tab to check a vent window, web, mail, etc. If I could get the gamma to be right in windowed mode all the time it simplifies things.
