My account is working ... not

Well, I logged into too find out I have a authenticator but I'm able too use my secret question to change the password I called my friend too check if I'm online and if he would respond

He is on --------- my 80 human paladin
I know all the details up too Battle.net and my previous secret question
My parents made my account for me when I was young and put up strange details
Incase I was stalked by a @#*!!#%#* or somthing like that.
Yah it wasn't smart move but I do know all my battle.net details
I Have the email and the secret question and previous secret question
And Lucky enough I kept my wrath of the lich king cd keys
But didn't keep previous ones as parents must have threw them out

Do I have a case too remove this authenticator thing, because I have been playing this account for years now, Full Wrathful resto druid, and I know his previous names and account name even any numerous passwords and I really want my account back this guy isn't the account owner

I would love if I could lock the account intil I can prove it's me on the account
IT IS NOT ME ON MY ACCOUNT AT THE MOMENT!

Since they were currently on working mischief, I've asked this be locked down for you, Felix.

Please check your email for further instructions.

It is also imperative you find the source of this compromise. To add an authenticator, they had your password and ID. If that source isn't found, the chance of this happening again are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
