I suckered a friend of mine into starting wow, he has a level 11 and a level 12. He was hacked by gold farmers who apparently did some funky hoodoo and his account is still listed as 'frozen' and under investigation, according to him he can't even get on the forums and he's yet to receive a return email from something he sent just over a week ago. It's been just under 3 weeks since the innitial hack and he's received *nothing* so I was wondering to where I should direct him for answers?

Edit: Speaking english goodly can I!

I will likely not be able to provide much information - as this isn't your account, but could you give me a character name/realm on the account in question?

I don't need any information about his account, but I'm sure he'd love to hear from you!

Your friend should be able to access the game.

Frozen means there are no further payments automatically set to go in. This should be good for another day or so. If he's put on a gamecard recently, I'd recommend he contact Billing about that.
