Scam investigation wait time?

sorry im trolling, but im just pissed at the moment. ive had a ticket in for over 2 weeks ( i wasnt hacked so dont give me that "its ur own fault" line) and im getting no responce.. i have friends that pout tickets in days after me ( that actually were hacked) and have gotten a responce.. ive tried emails, calling, i even put a ticket in on another toon.. that ticket was just deleted with no answer.. im about ready to not renew my subscription if i dont get an answer here today

Your other petitions have been closed because they're duplicates of your original issue Miahalenge. You did receive an offline response reassuring you that your concern is still awaiting investigation, and I'd like to repeat that reassurance now. While it may take up to another week before your case will be resolved, it has not fallen off the radar, and it can still be investigated completely.
