Error Retrieving Character List

Hi there,

My account has just been restored but when the restoration process has occurred there has also been an amount of 11 toons on my saurfang account.

Now I cannot log in at all to Saurfang without receiving the error message "Error retrieving cahracter list"

I am about to put a ticket in in game but not sure they will be able to help. What can I do know so that I can get back onto my account?

The Game Master staff is indeed able to resolve such an issue, Tempted, though it will be at the cost of one of the 11 characters. If it is simply a matter of having one deleted, I may be able to assist you with that. Simply give me the name of the character that you would like me to remove from the realm Saurfang, and acknowledge the fact that I am going to be removing it.

In the event that you need items or gold cleared off the character, if would be best to wait on a petition.
