First, this forum is not a means to obtain direct support for issues associated with Character Services. While I'll be happy to provide guidance if possible, your best bet would be to contact our Account Services staff directly, as you've been told in the past.
Second, I would indeed like to provide you with further guidance, but the name of your chosen posting character may be inappropriate. If you should have further posts to make in this thread, please choose a character with an appropriate character name with which to post them.
That faction change appears to have been completed as of July 5th. Based on your posts, I'm forced to assume that you're still experiencing an issue logging into this character?
May I ask what exact error message you receive when you try to log into your druid?

This is correct.
Are you unable to click that tab to process the Faction Change? If not, do you receive an error message when you click that Faction Change tab? I really do want to lend a hand, if I can.

I unfortunately have no idea how he solved it, though I assume a customer service employee helped him.
It's possible that the Faction Change 'processed' normally, thus authorizing the character to perform the Faction Change whenever ready. There's a remote possibility that an issue like the one you are describing is at work instead, but I'd have to learn more to be sure.
