Change my account name or EMAIL addy?

My login name is 'LASTNAME'@ISP.... I'm gonna get hacked instantly once I post on the new forums when it displays our names..

Correct! Under 'My Profile' there is an option to change your registered email address:

https://us.battle.net/account/management/settings/change-email.html

I should also note that it would take more than your email address to accomplish an actual compromise of an account. Still, it can't hurt to exercise some additional caution.
