AUTHENTICATOR PROBLEM

I had the Mobile Authenticator app for my Ipod touch. It needed to be restored, so I did and in doing so erased the app. Now I'm unable to access my account that was linked with the authenticator. I have the serial number of the authenticator if needed. I've already sent a couple emails, filled out the webform, and tried calling but was denied because of the volume of calls.
