Real ID lowers accountability on the forums

With Real ID on the forums posters will have the OPTION of linking a character to their real name on the forums. This means that players won't even have to go through the trouble of making a level 1 alt to post on.

Instead of having relevant information to the conversation, such as if someone who has never set foot in ICC is complaining about how easy Heroic Lich King is, etc... we will have the option to google them and start a flame war about their ethnicity, income level, place of residence, supposed job, and on and on.

As much as I don't like calling someone out based on their armory, it makes much more sense for us to have that information than someone's real name.

Our real names aren't pertinent to the types of discussion had on the forums. Our main character and high level toons are. Is Michael Smith the troll really going to care if we see his real name? Or would he care more if we saw who his real toon is?
