Account hacked - and banned

Today I woke up with my account being banned for "Abuse of game economy"

I never bought/gold in-game items (or gold) for real currencies.

That being said, I do use the Auction House heavily (mainly glyphs).

I emailed blizzard ([email protected]), as well as filling the dispute form. Calling billing doesn't help as the queues are full.

But I was to know, why did I get banned? Is there a blue that would care telling me what I did wrong so that when my account gets re-opened I don't do it again?

I'll post my wow account name / bnet when a blue replies, so that he can edit it afterwards.

Please don't post your account name or battle.net email address. If ever you wish to offer us the opportunity to investigate more deeply, you can simply provide the name and realm of a character on the affected account.
