Please, please ask him to make certain of his system and email security before he requests this be unlocked. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back.

Once he's in, this can also be reported via an ingame petition - make sure to mention guildbank involvement.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I was able to log into his account and get the thief booted off, I changed his password, to keep them out.

Now, it was disconnected with a suspended message, maybe on of my attempts to contact blizzard worked.

I asked this be locked, Shandia. Doesn't sound like he's had a chance to address his security yet.
