I've tried various options on why I want to close my account- they all lead me back to the same screen and never say I've finished the process.
Do I just need to email billing directly?
Oddly enough- one of my reasons is that I don't agree with RealID on the forums, because you can't always opt out by not posting. This forum is the best way I've seen to bring up issues that need attention somewhat quickly when tickets are in long ques, lost, or numerous other things I've read. (I find the forums in general to typically be a great resource, yes, even with the trolling, and silly things *that sometimes give a needed smile*.) This forum was a specific example I used in my "Here is why I'm quitting" details- and here I am having to post needing help!
