Faction Change Issue?

I mean comeon this is a joke factions tranfered 30 some hrs now still no acct info for <removed> all i need is the freaking email i used im sure i can figure the password come on blizz wake up give us what we pay for HERES AN IDEA GIVE THE GAME MASTERS THE POWER TO GET THIS INFO BECAUSE THE REST OF YOU DONT DO JACK I GUESS THEY WILL AT LEAST ANSWER A TICKET AFTER 2 DAYS

I'd actually like to lend you a hand if I can, but I'm not clear on the source of your frustration. It sounds like you were hoping to find out the email address you used to initiate the faction transfer? Is that correct?
