Private server ban

Hey guys, my friend played on a private server, he logged on only twice and now he wants to play retail version, he hasn't played for 2 days and he ran a repair and reset, will he still have problems playing or will he still get banned, hes not ever going to play anymore, only retail.?

As long as he abides by our Terms of Use, Fy, and does not continue his previous activities he should be fine. It may be a good idea if he reports any private server that he knows of to our Hacks Department.
