Standardization for Cancel: Forums and RealID

As Blizzard has not modified their cancellation pages with options to cover the upcoming connection between first and last name of the RealID account and forum posting, I would like to make a recommendation to anyone who plans on cancelling their account(s) due to this change:

Drop down 1: Poor Support
Drop down 2: Representatives didn't seem to care about me or my problem
Comments:
This cancellation is due to Blizzard's upcoming change in Forum postings being tagged with the first and last name associated with the RealID for said account. Personal information should not be availabe through forum posts that are accessible to the general public.

This should allow Blizzard to better parse through their cancellation data to help them understand why people are quiting their, otherwise, wonderful game. My accounts are now cancelled and will remain so until this proposed change is re-evaluated. If you are planning on cancelling, please consider using the above options.
