I am trying to use Real Friend ID and it's not working. It's not giving me the option to add friend's e-mails. I was told this was a parental control thing, but I went to the parental controls tab on the home page and all it did was send me to a site with a bunch of Q and A's. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Have you set parental controls up, Aedri?

That's one of the recommended 'fixes' for this, set it up - doesn't have to have any limitations on it.

For some reason, it must be requiring one on the account. Battle.net inherited some things from the WoW accounts that were folded in, it could actually be a side-effect of either of these accounts.

My father set parental controls up about 3 years ago when I was 15. I don't believe he could have done anything at the time that affected the Real Friend ID NOW, though. He only messed with the hours that I was allowed to play.
Now that I'm 18, it doesn't seem fair that he should still have control over that... But anyways...

How do I access parental controls? Since it just sends me to the Q and A site.
