Worst grind in wow: CUST. SUPPORT PHONE CALLS

Over 200 calls in 4 days. AND still busy. No email respone to the emails I've sent either. I can't submit a ticket because account was compromised, however my friend submitted one on my behalf which has gone unanswered for three days.

Have I missed any other ways to contact blizzard to get the ball rolling on my account issue.

I've taken care of things on my end...cleaned up my computer, run scans, etc...

i would like to atleast talk to a human being and be told its being looked into. Hard to be paitent when I cant even get ahold of blizzard.

Not a lot we can do about a changed email I'm afraid. A call to Billing is the most expedient resolution to this - it's just a matter of getting into the queue.
