Authenticator Code - i didnt put one on.

i beleive my account has been compromised. i have sent an email to billing and no response has been sent back other than the automated one. can you please remove the authenticator code that has been put on my account, as i did not put it there.

This issue looks to have started on 7/1.

Since they were actively on the account creating mischief, I've asked this be locked down for you - you should get instructions in your email to get it unlocked.

Please, PLEASE make sure your system and email are secure before you request this be unlocked. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back.

If multiple systems have accessed the game, these forums, or account management - any of them could be suspect for malware as well.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
