--Realm Transfer did not work as intended--

A recent character transfer I paid $50 for did not didn't work correctly. I transfered 1 character (Preist - lvl 80 Ridethelight - Area 52 US) to Korgath-US PvP and another character, a warlock (Deadnbroken lvl 80 - Area 52 US) to Carine US PvE. After the transfer was completed both characters were on Korgath-US. I do not know how this happened and selected/intended for the warlock (The other Character - Deadnbroken) to be on Carine - US PvE.

I am unaware of any issues which would result in a character being transferred to any other realm than that which was selected when the transfer was processed. Nevertheless, our Billing department will happily do their best to assist you in getting your character to the appropriate realm. I encourage you to contact using one of the following methods:
