How long is too long?

I have been waiting for three days now for a response about a character restoration. I am literally paying for a subscription for nothing. All I need is a simple response letting me know whether or not they are going t restore my toon. If they can I will wait paitently if not then I would like to get started on re-leveling it. Any help would be awesome. This is my third forum post could I get some blue posters here please?

It's likely that we'll be able to restore the character you requested, Mychael. I cannot offer any guarantees, but it appears that we should be able to assist you. I know it's been a long wait, and the last thing you want to do is wait any longer, but I'm afraid it'll be necessary in this case.
