Hi, my guildmate's account was suspended yesterday for 72 hours at 3AM pst for Exploit of the Economy of something long that line, and was accused for being involved in trading real life goods for in game goods. My guildmate has never engaged in such activity as he is well aware that it is not only against the TOS but also the LAW. If you review his character trade logs, all his trades are legitimate and are either done in AH or with someone shouting in trade chat (SELLING X FOR Y GOLD). His computer is secure and he has an AUTHENTICATOR so his account could not have been hacked. Would like to have this reviewed as getting banned and wasting game-time for soemthing he did not do is very unfair. One of his character's name is Glacia on destromath horde side.

While a review of this situation is not available via a dispute on the forums, if your friends believes that this account action was applied in error, the only appropriate method to dispute the matter would be for them to contact [email protected] from the email address registered to their Battle.net account.

Good luck!
