Account hacked....help!

Yesterday around 10:57am est, i got an email from Blizz stating a request to change my password. And an email about an hour later saying my account had been temp banned for 3 hours b/c of spamming.

I immediately changed my password and added a mobile authenticator to my account. But as you can guess the dmg was done. They deleted 4 level 80s 2 level 70ish toons and a few others here and there on servers. My sons account is also tied to mine, and they got in there and deleted everything but left his 80 druid... naked basically but didn't delete him for some reason.

Here's what i've done since then. I've emailed [email protected] and explained what happened. I got an email a few hours later stating that they believe my sons account had been compromised and it was being locked down for 24 hours. I've checked my antivirus on all pc's (4 in total) and all are up to date and running. I run AVG on my work PC, and Norton 360 (provided by comcast) on my 3 home PCs. I installed Spybot on the 4 pcs as well, but nothing malicious has been detected. My antivirus and spybots scans have turned up nothing....

Browsers, at work i use IE7 and Firefox. At home we use Chrome.

My question to you is what if anything should I be doing at this point. What more can I do to protect myself? And what should be my next steps in the process of recovering things?

Adding the Mobile Authenticator to your account will definitely help protect your account, Bolo, but you may want to continue searching out and eliminating any malware that may still be installed on your computer. I see that you've already run a number of scans, but have you tried running the scan with the game client open? This may help your scans identify the malware.
