Wind rider cub redemption failure

I have purchased both the wind rider and gryphon hatchling, went into the battle.net/redeem and logged in. it told it had been sucessful. I have waited 3 days. have put in game ticket with no response. email tech support with no response. and still have no pets. I'm so angry. any ideas on how i can recieve my pets? it has been 3 days already !!!

We have a sticky up above on this, it's an issue our techs are still investigating.

We've hit the sparkly magic button on this. If you are logged in at the moment, could you try logging totally out to desktop, relaunching WoW and then checking your mail?

This doesn't always work, but it can sometimes prompt the mail.
