How to ENABLE RealID?

It looks like you currently do not have Real ID enabled and Parental Controls established, Kailn. It looks like you have 3 accounts attached to your Battle.net account so if you have Parental Controls enabled on any of those accounts at the time the system was converted from Wow specific to Battle.net they would have been tacked on to the entire Battle.net account.

My best advice would be to use the link Shandiee provided to recover Parental Control access then check the e-mail addresses you may have access to. If you do not have access to the e-mail address for your Parental Control or do not recall what it is you'll need to contact Billing and Account Services.

If you are indeed checking the correct e-mail address, Fluffybunz, then my guess is that your providers filters may be blocking our e-mails.
