Mailbox Issues

Yesterday i sent 3 gold to my friends charecter Stalardis, it has not appeared in his mailbox and is gone from my gold.

Is there anything Blizzard can do..?

There also is a ticket up about it at the moment, but its been there for over 24hours.

Well, I see the mail.

Did your friend just happen to very recently upgrade his account from a trial? If so, it can take a few days for full functionality to kick in - the mail being one of those functions.
