I attempt to get access via email and I never receive anything in my inbox. Yes, I checked my spam folder.
I call customer service and always get a message stating the hold queues are too large / call back later. After about a dozen attempts I've given up using this channel of communication.
I submitted a request via the email form on your website on Saturday 6/26 and have yet to receive a response.
I just want to be able to check the box that says "Enable Real ID" or whatever. It doesn't seem too hard, but after a week of trying to contact Blizzard customer service (my first experience with this dept. and my first negative experience in 5 years with this game), I have yet to see any evidence that anyone is even out there willing to assist.
Can I please get some help with this issue?
