Real ID - is anyone out there to help?

Since the 3.3.5 patch I have been unable to use any of the new Real ID functions. I hear all I need to do is enable them in parental controls (which I do not use), but I can't access them.

I attempt to get access via email and I never receive anything in my inbox. Yes, I checked my spam folder.

I call customer service and always get a message stating the hold queues are too large / call back later. After about a dozen attempts I've given up using this channel of communication.

I submitted a request via the email form on your website on Saturday 6/26 and have yet to receive a response.

I just want to be able to check the box that says "Enable Real ID" or whatever. It doesn't seem too hard, but after a week of trying to contact Blizzard customer service (my first experience with this dept. and my first negative experience in 5 years with this game), I have yet to see any evidence that anyone is even out there willing to assist.

Can I please get some help with this issue?

Glad to hear it, Starbane. Let us know if you experience any further difficulties with the Parental Controls or Real ID features so that we may pass it on to the appropriate parties.
