Celestial Steed problem

Hi, I recently purchased a celestial steed from the blizzard store and it has now been approximately 3 days and i have not received my mount in game, I did receive my code for the item via email and entered it correctly via battlet, so i cannot imagine why it hasn't arrived, id normally resolve this with a ticket but my ticket has not been read for 3 days either and i cannot even get put on hold via blizzard support phone service and i have no response to my email, i was hoping someone could help me out asap.

If you could try logging out and back in, ssee if he's in your mail now.

Since this one is so new, it may not be the same issue we've been having, it could be a Billing delay.

If you could just check back on this in a few hours, do let us know if he hasn't arrived. Some of these seem to just be taking awhile to work through the system.

I am terribly sorry for the delay.

They actually get generated when you log in. When you relogged before, did you go all the way to Desktop and relaunch WoW?

I have logged on and off completey (my PC has even been turned off) but there is still no steed on any of my characters.


Try relogging again, but this one is also pretty new. On these, it may be Billing catching up and finishing the process.
