Can't log into account.

So I transferred this WoW account to my primary battle.net account through account services (since I accidentally made a new battle.net count also), and now it's telling me "Login server is busy. Please try again later" whenever I try to log into this WoW account, but I can log into my other account just fine. It's been like this for 4-5 hours now. Is this a situation where I just have to wait it out, or is there something hanging on the account that shouldn't be?

Blizzard, please stop ignoring this, I need this fixed now.

Ignoring something would indicate an intentional act of not answering this thread, Eledhwen, which is not what is happening. We try to answer what threads we can when we can but this isn't a petition system. We don't take threads in the order they have been entered so it is very possible that we may not see your post.

I am sorry that we have missed your thread until now.

The message you have received can sometimes indicate that you need to re-sync your Authenticator. This is the account you are referring to, correct?

Q u o t e:

Correct, this is the WoW account I cannot log into the game with (though I have no issues logging into my account manager through battle.net).

That is strange. Usually when you get such an error it affects both Account Management and logging into the game.

I've found that there are a few others out there who are experiencing the same thing. It is currently being looked into so I've forwarded your information and added your account to the list. I don't have an estimate on when the issue will be resolved but they are doing their best to find the cause so you can log in again.

If I receive an update I'll post again in this thread and let you know.

I'm sorry I could not be of a more immediate assistance, Eledhwen.

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to get game time applied to my account equal to the number of days the account is unplayable? Or is that something I should be directing to billing and account services (assuming I can get in the phone queue at all)?

That is certainly a possibility, Eledhwen, but you are correct, that is a decision that our Billing and Account Services department would make.

Though contacting them by phone is the best method you may also try and e-mail/webform. Just let them know that you seem to be experiencing an ongoing issue that we hope to have resolved as quickly as possible but you have lost out on X number of days because of it.
