Unfortunately, Vestamare, we are only able to give so many chances when you are posting. You have received your fair share and continue to using inappropriate language violating our Code of Conduct. If it was simply inappropriate language we may remove it a few times so we can continue the conversation with you but you are also directing it to other players which I can not allow.
I'm sorry to say that those of us who moderate this forum are not in a position to assist with the removal of an Authenticator. If an Authenticator was maliciously attached and you can properly verify what you are the registered user on the account our Billing staff should be able to help.
You do not necessarily need to call but make sure you send the request from the registered e-mail address for the account.

If you are unable or unwilling to provide ID verification if requested we should still be able to help remove a credit card attached to the account. Simply provide the information to our Billing rep and they should be able to remove the card from all associated accounts.
