I feel bad for you, all this negativity over the down time. Don't be sad though Blues, I still luffs you guys :)

What you do is necessary, and what Blizzard's server / dev / GM teams do is necessary. So don't feel bad just because a few angry players are mad.


Keep it up Blues, I just wanted you to know someone out there (and I'm sure MANY more people on this forum) still love you guys <3

Thanks for the kind words! We do our best to provide top notch service, though those of us here are only really in a position to provide guidance. I'm sure that our technicians who are working to prepare those realms for Cataclysm appreciate your support though!

Regarding Ruby Sanctum, it is possible to appropriately provide feedback regarding that instance within our Suggestions forum. I'm afraid that posts here are not an appropriate method to do so, particularly if they derail another player's thread - regardless of its subject.

Unfortunately the damage has already been done to this thread, looking at your posting history this seem to be continuing a trend. I'm sorry that you have not been able to acquire the troubleshooting assistance you need though it is recommended in the Technical Support if you are unable to gain the such assistance that you use another method of contact such as e-mail or phone.
