And if not is there a detriment to running it since it is open? This is on Uldaman at least.

Q u o t e:

The whole point of delaying the release I thought was to make it fair worldwide to all who played...

The plan was to release it across all regions at the same time, Waraila.
Q u o t e:

In either case you have a lot .. and I mean a lot of annoyed raiders that they can't even be in contention for world first on those servers. I know i'm not in one of my realm's top guilds.. but those guys in it did deserve a chance.. looks like you screwed them out of it..

O.o I'm not certain how someone is missing out on a world first for those realms. If the realm is offline then everyone that plays on that realm is unable to get a world first. When the realm returns from extended maintenance then everyone who plays on the realm will also be able to log into the realm.

No one is able to access the realm if it is offline therefore it is not allowing anyone to qualify for something before anyone else.

In either case this is not a decision that the In-Game Support team has any control over. If you wish to provide your feedback regarding the dungeon being introduced you are welcome to do so in the Suggestion forum.

Vrakthris, I didn't mean the realm first achievement..

Ah, sorry, Waraila. I misunderstood. I didn't connect that you were speaking of the bragging rights that are not attached in any way to in-game achievements. Perhaps you can determine who wins this honour by determining how long it took to do after the realm went online?

Unfortunately I can not provide the answer that you seek. As I stated the In-Game Support department is not responsible for such decisions. This would have been something that our Developers decided to release.

So Vrakthris you pass the buck to the development department? Well see they get this.

It's not my buck to pass, Rue. The In-Game Support does not make developmental determinations. Which include when and how to release content.

We are also not liaisons with the Development team so I'm afraid I will be unable to ensure they see your post. As I said if you wish to provide feedback regarding this situation you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forum. That forum is read by our Community Managers (who are liaisons with Development) and can pass it along.

Also, the following statement should be noted.
Q u o t e:

Due to the fact that we will be delaying the release of patch 3.3.5 in Europe, Korea and Taiwan in order to ensure the patch process in all regions is as smooth as possible, the Ruby Sanctum will not immediately be available on North American realms upon the release of the patch. Once patch 3.3.5 has been released in North America and we are confident about a time when we can open up Ruby Sanctum, we will provide an update here on the forums.

Since it seems this discussion is going around in circles I will be locking it. I am sorry for any perceived slight that you may be feeling, it is never our intention but things are usually released when it is best to do so.
