I got hacked about 5 months ago. All of my characters were deleted. 80 DK(Epic Flying w/ Netherdrake), 75 Warrior (Epic Flying with Netherdrake and Nether Ray), 68 Hunter, 50 some Priest, and lower alts with heirlooms. All my gold and mats gone, about 3k worth. I opened tickets, sent emails, and called Blizz. They said that they would send it to their compromise team, and they would restore my characters and items in 10-12 days, and that I would be updated with emails. After about 2 weeks with no updates, I got worried and sent another email. All they did was reset my password and give me links to security tips, even after I explained. So I decided to quit WoW. Now I'm back, and trying for the restore again, but going through the same process. Anyone else have trouble like this?
