Unfortunately no, the only way to remove a legitimate Authenticator is to get in touch with billing. Your best bet is to continually redial after receiving the busy message and hope that you get into the on-hold queue. Spacing your calls throughout the day may not increase your chances of getting through.

I'd recommend that you continue to try and get through, Charlifox, our Billing and Account Services may be able to help via phone but you might also want to check out the following webform.
