Account hacked. blizz think issue solved?

My account was hacked yesterday and I lost all the gear on my chars that could sell, and 2 of my characters were xferred. I put in a ticket and within an hour I received in game mail saying my ticket went to a specialist.
I check my email today to see mail from blizzard asking to me to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Does this mean they think the issue is resolved? Or is it just an automated response of some sort when they answer an in game ticket?

This is correct, and your case is indeed still under investigation. The survey messages are sent out in an automated fashion, and without the knowledge of the Game Master that was escalating your case.
