If you've gotten emailed from your Specialist, restoration should be complete.
While we do our best to get everything in one pass, sometimes things can be overlooked.
It is important to followup in a case like that. A list of any particular items, characters, realms, professions, etc.....that may need extra attention and a second look can be email to wowgm@blizzard.com.
Just make sure your request is clearly marked as a follow-up so it doesn't get confused with a new compromise.
