Account Restoration

Recently I put in a request for an account recovery after having been hacked, had an authenticator put on the account, and had everything deleted. They said that they would be able to successfully recover my account and had somebody looking into it. They said it would take about 4-5 days for my particular restoration for happen. On about the third day I had all of the characters restored and had some gear put on them from what i could see in the log in menu. On the fourth I received the emails that I was supposed to get after everything was restored. I was looking through the list, many things were left out such as my weapon, trinkets, and most importantly my 8000 gold. Although all throughout the list there were tons of level 70 grays and greens. This was also happening with my other characters, they would only receive a few of their items and not all of them. I don't know what is going on, if they just left it as that incomplete, or if they are still restoring things. Ive tried sending numerous e-mails with no responses within the 24 hours, and also calling but the ques being full. I dont know what else to do so i thought i would turn to the forums to ask for advise.

If you've gotten emailed from your Specialist, restoration should be complete.

While we do our best to get everything in one pass, sometimes things can be overlooked.

It is important to followup in a case like that. A list of any particular items, characters, realms, professions, etc.....that may need extra attention and a second look can be email to wowgm@blizzard.com.

Just make sure your request is clearly marked as a follow-up so it doesn't get confused with a new compromise.
