GMs don't talk to people now!?!

I ran ICC25 last Saturday, June 19th, in a PUG on my server. I was the rogue who was taking out traps so when we downed Suarfang I zoned into the next part and took out the trap. I zoned in before the loot was looked at, though finally when it was Deathbringer's Will dropped. Everyone rolled, including me, and I won the roll. Though since I zoned into the next area before the loot was looked at I did not receive my two frost badges and was unable to receive that trinket.

Myself and the lootmaster from that raid both opened tickets, and without a GM talking to us we just got a response in the mail telling us to go over loot rules before hand. I was frustrated and opened a second ticket, getting back another response and a GM survey with out a GM even talking to me! Though this one instead of loot rules talked about the lootmaster ninjaing the loot.

The trinket was not ninja'd and there was not a problem at all with loot rules. There is a bug in the *%#*ing instance! The lootmaster has the trinket in his bagged and gave me the name of all his alts so I can stay in contact. He wants to give me the trinket!

I went back into ICC25 with my guild on Wednesday. The same thing happened and one of the officers said it is not a big deal he'll just open a ticket and the player will get the loot it has happened before! I just opened my third ticket...I just want to talk to a GM and get this resolved!

GM Ghoroum and GM Rythraeim are bleeding idiots! Did they even read my tickets!?!

People in my guild think this is << removed >>! I just want to talk to someone. This is an easy issue I am told but with idiot GMs it is not!

Please I just want a GM to talk to me to resolve this issue.
