5 years and my account is deleted

I have been attempting to speak to a human for over 2 weeks now. My account was hacked. Not this one. This is the one that I bought for my daughter to play. We have 4 accounts total in my family. We have been playing for 5 years. With realm moves, character customizations, special pets purchased and expansions bought for all accounts, I have spent a great deal of money. Blizzard is rich because of people like me, who pay the bills. I am almost 50 years old, white, employed, female. (I know there are no females on the internet, W/E)
I have provided everything that has been asked of me. I have changed my battlenet email account to something used only for the game. I applied authenticators, swept my machine for anything I could find with malwarebytes and Avast. I have proved who I am as best I can, without getting to speak to a real person.
I am sitting here in tears, because after I jumped through hoops for these people and received emails telling me in detail about my characters being restored and items restored, along with one character that was not my creation. (I assume that one was by my hackers), they have deleted my account. When I attempted to log in today I got this error:

This account has been permanently disabled. For more information please contact wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com.

There is no one to contact. I am so upset. I am still paying for the other 3 accounts and everyone gets to play but me. What kind of company makes this kind of money and provides no customer support?

Capri, do you have access to email address registered to the account that is currently disabled? If so, can you check for recent correspondence from our Account Services department? It looks like we've already responded to your security check and unlocked the account.
