Undelete my guild airship thread please?

Hello, I'd like to request that someone undeletes my 15 page guild airship thread. It contained several weeks worth of collaboration on the part of several players, including my own. It wasn't even locked. It was flat out deleted without any reason behind it. Failing this, however, may I recreate the thread with the same OP content, or is there a rule against that?
