I've been hacked.

I've just moved into my new apartment and gotten my internet hooked up and what not, check my email and behold. I was hacked except i was not authenticator hacked.. even though my account does not have an authenticator whoever hacked did not apply one. All they did was log in and delete all my characters, and take whatever they could get off them i am assuming. Anyways i am posting here and sitting in game with an open ticket about trying to restore my account, once it's restored i will apply an authenticator. Please and thank you Blizzard Team. :)

If you have an authenticator, please put it on NOW.

A restoration investigation will be done from your ingame petition.

Also, it's vital to determine how they got your password and ID. Unless that source is found, the chances of this happening again are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
