Ticket Response Time

I submitted an in-game ticket (that I know will have to get escalated) on Saturday afternoon and I have heard no response from a GM or Blizzard about it. Is it typical now for this long of a response time? At the top of my screen I still see the message telling me there are a large number of submissions but in the past they at least let me know that someone was looking at it or that the ticket had been escalated. I'm not trying to start a flame war, but my account was hacked and all of my characters were deleted so I am genuinely curious on how long it should take..

While that isn't typical of current petition times, it isn't as unusual for an investigation into a compromised account. I can see that your request is in queue for investigation as a compromised account.
