Looks like they removed that themselves, Jay - and you are in the account.

The important thing at the moment is to find out how they got hold of your password and ID.

If that source isn't located, the chances of this happening again are VERY high.

You will also want to submit a petition and ask a restoration investigation be started. Be sure to mention that some characters were transferred.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
