My account got hacked with an authenticator

My account got hacked about last Saturday, and I found out by an email sent by Blizzard informing me that my account got 72 hour suspension due to exploitory trade action which I did not committ (because my last log on was on Thursday)
Yesterday, Tuesday, i reset my password by going to battle net which allowed me to log on with my new chosen password, then discovered all my golds were gone.
Today, about 3 hours ago I logged in game with my new password ok, but just about an hour ago when i tried to log on again it says please enter the digit mobile phone authenticator which i have NEVER purchase. Please help me sort out this problem.
It is getting a little bit frustrating as I have just re-subscribed to wow after about 1 year break because i thought i might like to prepare for the expasion, but just after few days of re-subscribing (since 26thJune) i got hacked.
The main character's name is lvl 80 lock called Jamale on Jubei.
