Got Hacked

The authenticator is gone now, and this has been put into the investigation queue, Slotz.

It is imperative to find the source of this, however, or the chances they will get back in are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Sorry Slotz, I got posts crossed, I was replying to the original poster there. I'm not seeing anything terribly unusual on yours at first glance.

downlaoded various virus / spyware softeware and ran them, I even restored my pc to a previous day.

I am currently waiting to m idnight here which should be 7am PST so i can call helpdesk

I have been able to change the account password, but authentication is in place to stop me getting in.
