Will old post names change with RealID?

With the changes, I will choose not to post on the forums and I'm sure a fan site will pop up and take the traffic just like it did for Sony and Everquest.

But...

What about old posts? I don't want my name to get indexed with a video game. I do a google search for everyone I end up interviewing, and I sure don't want a message board post about geek topics coming up if I ever have an interview in the future.

I haven't seen any confirmation to this yet, but does anyone know?
